Enterprise Cloud Architecture
Reference and target architectures for hybrid multi-cloud estates across AWS, GCP and Azure. Built around the constraints that actually govern enterprises — sovereignty, cost, and the systems already in production.
Enterprise Architecture & Platform Leader with 20+ years across cloud ecosystems, distributed systems and AI. I advise at C-level, design the architecture that follows, and stay close enough to the code to know the design actually holds.
No buzzwords. These are the four moves I'm consistently hired for, and the four I still enjoy doing personally.

LLM integration and agentic automation grounded in real process flows. Where models meet brittle enterprise systems, I design the orchestration, evaluation and guardrails that make them shippable.
Translating between executive intent and engineering reality. I shape platform strategies that survive contact with both — what the business is buying, and what the teams can actually own and run.
Builder at heart. I prototype the load-bearing parts of an architecture myself — PoCs, spikes and technical validation — so decisions are made against working code, not slides.
Enough to show how I think. The rest is a conversation.
A hybrid multi-cloud pipeline that tags and describes a large photo archive with AI — without the originals ever leaving home. Each cloud does only the slice of inference it's genuinely best at.
An iOS app that opens a real gate through a chain of cloud, edge and a reverse-engineered RF signal. The interesting part is the trust boundary — secure MQTT stops at the edge, the microcontroller is never exposed.
An offline-first iOS soundboard where the cloud is a sync layer, never a dependency. Playback stays local and instant, and state reconciles cleanly the moment the network returns.
The short version. The full story is a conversation away.
Eight years at Amazon as Senior Solutions Architect, shipping voice and media experiences at scale across 30+ strategic partners. At PwC I led cloud architecture engagements from inside customer teams — and today, as Director Private Cloud at IONOS, I set the technical direction of a European platform for GPU and sovereign workloads. The arc is consistent: deep technical roles, close to the customer, growing leadership without ever losing touch with the code.
For Principal Architect, Head of Cloud or transformation roles — or a sharper conversation about hybrid multi-cloud and agentic systems — drop a line. I read every message myself.
